PREAMBLE

We, the undersigned architects of the frontier, hereby establish the White Dwarf Ventures (WDV). This Charter serves as the supreme governing document, defining our rights, our structure, and our mandate to control the resource lifecycle from discovery to market.

ARTICLE I: PURPOSE AND JURISDICTION

Section 1.01: Mission The primary mission of the WDVC is the acquisition, processing, and distribution of high-value assets. The Corporation operates under the fundamental truth that "Risk is the Only Commodity that Guarantees Profit."

Section 1.02: Operational Domain the Corporation claims jurisdiction over operations in deep-space sectors, accretion disks, unstable belts, and post-conflict zones often abandoned or ignored by the UEE. We recognize no borders where profit is obtainable.

ARTICLE II: THE SIX OPERATIONAL PILLARS

The operational capacity of the WDVC is organized into six distinct, vertically integrated divisions. These pillars shall operate in unison to ensure total supply chain independence.

Section 2.01: Division I - Exploration (The Vanguard)

• Mandate: To map the unmapped and locate resources within high-risk environments.

• Directive: Exploration fleets are authorized to enter volatile sectors to secure exclusive data on accretion disks and anomaly clusters.

Section 2.02: Division II - Mining (The Extraction)

• Mandate: The physical extraction of raw materials, specifically Tier 4 commodities and volatile isotopes.

• Directive: Operations should prioritize high-yield targets regardless of environmental stability.

Section 2.03: Division III - Refining (The Processing)

• Mandate: On-site conversion of raw and salvaged materials into market-ready goods.

• Directive: Utilization of proprietary mobile platforms (including Arrastra-class vessels) to eliminate dependency on static stations.

Section 2.04: Division IV - Logistics (Hauling & Trading)

• Mandate: The secure transport and sale of refined assets.

• Directive: Implementation of "Black Routes" to bypass standard shipping lanes and tariffs. Trading is authorized on all grey and black markets to maximize ROI.

Section 2.05: Division V - Security (The Pretorian Guard)

• Mandate: Asset protection, contract enforcement, and third-party security services.

• Directive: The Pretorian Guard is authorized to use lethal force to protect corporate assets, secure claims, and enforce salvage rights.

Section 2.06: Division VI - Reclamation (Salvaging)

• Directive: Deployment of heavy industrial fleets (including Aegis Reclaimer-class vessels) to strip hulls and components, feeding the Refining division and subsidizing operational costs.

ARTICLE III: CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Section 3.01: The Directorate Executive power resides with the Chief Executive Officer. Strategic decisions are absolute and binding.

Section 3.02: The Meritocracy of Results Rank and reward within the Corporation are determined solely by the successful delivery of assets. The Corporation recognizes performance, not tenure.

Section 3.03: Independence The WDV shall remain debt-free and independent of external political allegiance. Our loyalty is to the ledger.

ARTICLE IV: CODE OF CONDUCT

1. Asset Preservation: The loss of corporate personnel is unacceptable. The loss of ships, cargo, and materials is a calculated risk.

2. Silence is Currency: Operational routes, refinery locations, and client data are classified.

3. The Claim is Absolute: Once a WDV beacon is set, it is defended by the full weight of the Pretorian Guard.
